Wilber, the mascot of GIMP
I'll post some info on Wilber, the mascot of GIMP.

The official mascot of GIMP, Wilber was created by Tuomas Kuosmanen at some point before September 25, 1997. Since then Wilber has received additional accessories from other GIMP developers. Hard hat by Simon Budig, wizard hat by Raphaƫl Quinet. Many other accessories for Wilber can be found in the Wilber Construction Kit, included in the GIMP source code in /docs/Wilber_Construction_Kit.xcf.gz.

Nice and quick read. The one with the hat is my favourite. The basic one is alright though. Tongue

Yep, the one with the hat really looks like an artist/painter.

Wilbur is adorable. I think I like him best with that yellow hat. Is that a hard hat or a baseball cap? I can't tell, but I do love how it looks!

You could do paramedic Wilber, singer Wilber, Doctor Wilber --- truly, the possibilities are endless. Hey -- Wilber, Smokey the Bear's best friend. That's different.

Great ideas, mikesgames and Orrymain! We should definitely expand Wilber's hat-shelf. Smile
