White/purple border over image
Good afternoon Forum,
I came across a problem. I have a logo that had a white background and I did a Alpha to transparent on it to remove the white. Now I get this purple/white line around the image. Anyone know a fix?

RE: White/purple border over image
Working on a copy of your logo:

click the background with "Fuzzy Select too/magic wand"

Grow the selection by 1 or 2 (it will acutally shrink selection and delete the purple line)
push delete

it should erase some of that,

Alternate:

if there is little to no purple in your logo itself, you can try
Colors > Color to alpha

Then do your best to match the purple color outline
