What is/are the best way to hold a stylus to paint?
Hi!
I recently bought an intuos 4 and I want to start learning digital painting. I come at the end of a paintful configuration of keystrokes, scripts, gimp painter etc...
Now I can stat painting Smile

But what is the best way to hold a stylus? I read somewhere that I shouldn't hold it in a scholar manner but it's like any other way doesn't give me access to my stylus buttons.
When painting, how do you hold the stylus?

The most comfortable way for me is to put the thumb between the two buttons (that I obviously click with the thumb).

I read this and naturally I tend to feel comfortable with the first "bad" way to hold it, except my fingers aren't as close to the tip.
Am i taking bad habits?

For the question of clicking with the thumb or the index, I'm never sure of what's the best...

I read this article and I hold it exactly the way you tell.
I personally feel more comfortable with clicking with the index. I tend to click by accident with the thumb otherwise.
