VisTablet Sensitivity
I've been using GIMP for a while now, but only recently have I started using a tablet. I am able to use the device just fine as a mouse pointer, but when I try to configure my input devices it goes haywire. It'll start right-clicking and trying to move the image everywhere. I would love to be able to use the pressure sensitivity, but I can't seem to get my tablet to work right with GIMP. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling GIMP and the same problem still happens. I'm using Windows 8, if that makes any difference...

Edit: Tried disabling my trackpad and it still doesn't work...

RE: VisTablet Sensitivity
The problem is that when you install Gimp, it doesn't allow you the option to install the 32 bit version over the 64 bit version.

Search for Gimp 2.8.10 32bit on Google. You should see Partha's Gimp as one of the top results. Install that version of it (make sure it's the 32 bit version.)

Then, go to preferences/input devices/configure extended input devices, and select your tablet, and have it set to "screen." That should work.

By all means use the Partha version, it might be better with that particular tablet but for reference,

There is a command-line parameter to force install of 32-bit version on x64 for the regular installer

Installing, use the windows 'run', find the gimp installer and add /32 to the end. eg.

Code:
gimp-2.8.10-setup.exe /32

Make sure you have the latest drivers
Can you test the tablet in another drawing app to check it does work there and is just not working in Gimp?
