[undefined=undefined]I actually found a thread by someone else on vertical text. I created my text and then rotated. However the text letters do not adjust to be rotated so the text can be read from top to bottom. The text itself still has orientation 9o degrees out from the rotation to vertical. I will attach screen cap of what it looks like after rotation. As you can see the text did rotate. Here is what I want to try and accomplish (I'm at work so don't have photoshop to create an image example). The way I typed it below is what I need to accomplish in Gimp. I have not found anything googling that outlines this

RE: Vertical Text
All you need to do is put a return/enter between each letter so that it is on its own line. Set the justification to 'center' if required. Showing off the Gimp text tool here and colouring in each letter
![]() ![]() There are a couple of vertical fonts for various purposes and for more specialised work Inkscape will make vertical text which can be imported into Gimp. ** https://www.gimp-forum.net/ now answering questions** |
