Question Unable to match noise/redness
I am trying to add a friend to an image and came into some difficulty on the last person I needed to add. The picture was taken in florescent lighting which through off everything Sad. So I used the Heal tool to remove most of the glare. I tried to change "White Balance" but it seemed to make him brighter and I am really new to image manipulation other than a highschool class. So what I already tried and just failed miserably at was taking the image, changing its Brightnesscontrast to add some artificial noise (never saw the noise button until now) I also tried Colorbalance and Huesaturation but could not seem to manufacture a realistic mesh between Scott and the rest of the photo. I am reaching out to see if anyone knows any techniques, tutorials, or feeling bored enough to help me out add scott.

This image is definitely not the one I tried all previous techniques to but I butchered it so bad and could not CTRL-Z myself to anything relatively helpful to upload to this site. .

RE: Unable to match noise/redness
Wow now that is some help. I started on the eyes, reduced the size of the head and already starting to look good. I can't believe that the one Noise I didn't try results in the most realistic looking noise. Thanks. Will post an update xcf in a few hours with the changes to see if I can change anything else.

RE: Unable to match noise/redness
Tried to tweak him with the tools you suggested and maybe it is just the shadows that I am having trouble with but I got this picture

Any other ways I can normalize him to look more natural? Does the tallest guy in the picture look artificially added too?
