Time between frames in .gif

Time between frames in .gif
While saving .gif image I see where it says to change Milliseconds but Ive put 10 and 99999 in and it seems the same to me. What am I missing please? Thanks in advance.

Just saw this trhead the other day on the updates, either someone was searching for a similar problem or the original poster was checking to see if it's answered.

It matters how you type in the delays per frame and other settings. For whoever stumbles upon this thread, please see this thread

Read through the entire thread, then test the delay settings in my last post on that thread to see if it works before you put in your custom value.
