Slicing an image into three pieces for later reassembly.
I have to slice my .png into three pieces in such a way that I can splice the image back together in my HTML file. It's important that I not see any seams. How can this be done with GIMP?

Thank you.

http://docs.gimp.org/en/plug-in-guillotine.html

Image->Guides->New guide (By Percent)...
or click and drag a ruler into the image to create a guide

Then, Image->Transform->Guillotine
