Selective Colouring

Selective Colouring
Here you go.
Selective colouring in Gimp - click on spoiler to see.

1. Select your image - im using this [spoiler] [Image: romford14_mid.jpg] [/spoiler]

2. Duplicate it
[spoiler][Image: sC7h2.jpg][/spoiler]

3. Go to Colours | Desaturate and choose luminosity.
[spoiler][Image: TH7bk.jpg][/spoiler]

4. Right click on the duplicate layer and choose add layer mask, then choose white full opacity.

5.Get a fuzzy brush with colour black and paint over the postbox. If you make a mistake either undo or paint over in white.

6.And there you go.
