Scrolling In
When I scroll in to crop pics it often jumps from not far enough to too far and I find it easier when I can see the whole area on the screen that I want to crop as opposed to it going outside of the box. Is there a way I can make the scroll not such big moves when you hold the control key and scroll the wheel on the mouse does anyone know??

RE: Scrolling In
I do not think so, the increments do change according to the amount of zoom.

There is a zoom tool, draw a window for the view.

and a small navigate which will move the current view around the canvas.

edit: not forgetting a whole load of keys listed in the view menu, I tend to use the "+ / -" num-pad keys
edit again: I keep forgetting things, if you have a mouse where the scroll wheel is also the middle button, press that to move the current view. So you can set the initial crop, move the view then increase the area of the crop.
