Saving as .png
I want to know if there's a way to do this. I used GAP to create animated fire and I want to know if there's a way to save each layer as a png without merging or flattening the image.

RE: Saving as .png
If you don't have/not sure about Python (well worth installing) then maybe save your animated gif file then

ImageMagick (also worth installing) will unpack a gif file with the command

convert file.gif p.png

which gives a series of files p-0.png, p-1.png, ...

if you do not want transparency then use

convert file.gif -alpha off p.png
