Resizing an Image
Can't get my head round this...

Is it possible to resize a 10x8 image (with people filling the 10" width) into a 8x8 image without squashing people?

Or if not resizing, is there a technique that people use to fill out the height part to make it square?

Thanks for help,

Steve

RE: Resizing an Image
You might be able to use seam carving. The Gimp version 'liquid rescale' is here:
http://liquidrescale.wikidot.com/

Have a look at some of the examples. It all depends on your image, if you have problems post a copy (blank out faces if you want) and I am sure someone will come up with ideas.
