Resize Image, Keep quality
I seem to be having a very tough time dramatically resizing an image but keeping its quality.
i want to go from a 160X158 image to 32X32, I was wondering how i can do this while retaining quality.
the help is very much appreciated.

The answer is simple, in the general case, you can't... You start with 25000 pixels, and you are down to just above 1000. You lose a lot of detail in the process. This is why icon design is an art. Your best bet is to find a small but characteristic part of the original image and scale that, and maybe rework the result pixel by pixel (only 1024 do do...)
