"Resize" by moving pixels down
* Sorry for the bad English

Hi,
i was wondering if it is possible to "resize" a photo by moving it pixels down. For example, if I have a photo that is 200x200 px, I want the output to be 100x400 without deforming it. This is what i mean:

To
[Image: Second.png]
