removing background elements with two pictures
Hi,
I would like to remove items from a photo background. I have two pictures on each, there are two persons obscuring some other elements of the landscape. Is it possible to remove the person obscuring the landscape and keep all landscape?

Thanks

RE: removing background elements with two pictures
All sorts of ways, some good, some not so good, correct ways and quick-n-dirty ways.

Select/copy an area from one image, paste into the other & fake the edges, comes into that last category.
or
Use the clone tool in 'registered' mode to clone from one image to another.
or one of Rolf Steinort's old video blog

Do not be put off by the old version of Gimp, all the info you need is there.
