Removing background and seperating main logo from words
Hi everyone,

I'm looking to make a variation/parody of the "Sons of Anarchy" logo. I pulled off a version of the image, but It has text above and below and a black background which I wish to remove. I just want the skull by itself. I did a search in the tutorial, but the tools they refer to are from 2002 and the guide is massively obselete!

What's the easiest way to do this?

To remove the letters just use the eraser (after removing the selection used in C2A).

Result, on a new background:

The original is here.

... and Is there a way I can stretch out the or increase the size of the transparent background bit without affecting the size of the image itself?
