Really Simple Question
I am trying to put an angled border around a straight picture and remove the portion of the picture outside the border.

I can't figure out how to remove the portions of the picture which fall outside the border.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

RE: Really Simple Question
Either try the path's tool (Path), complete the selection,
then go to "Select > Invert..." or (ctrl + I) command + i if using mac.
This selects the background, then hit delete on your keyboard.

*Or

try the free select Freeselect /lasso tool and click your points to complete your selection around the border,
then invert the selection to select the background around that border.
"Select > Invert..." or (ctrl + i) / command + i
Last, hit delete on your keyboard (selection active)
