Printing trouble
I'm designing business cards and made my image to scale but when I try to print it says there are resolution problems. I'm not sure what to do. I set the print size to 3.5 inches wides by 2 inches tall but every time I upload it to the print company it say low resolution poor quality. Please help I need to finish these asap.

Thank you so much

RE: Printing trouble
If your picture is 3.5" by 2" inches, depending on print quality, you image needs to be 1050x600 pixels for 300PPI or 2100x1200 pixels for 600PPPI.

On the other hand, bitmap editors (Gimp or Photoshop) aren't the right tools for business cards. A business card isn't an image with some text in it, but text with maye some image.

RE: Printing trouble
Thank you for the help. I found a business card site that gave dimensions in pixels. (1040x1920) and once I resized it that way they uploaded with no resolution problems.
