phpBB
Hey I am helping a friend out with a phpBB coded site, and I am wondering how to make a custom theme for it... and then probably how to upload it. Thanks for any help.

We are looking for something that is mostly Black, and then has a nice Dark Pink/Purple color to it

RE: phpBB
That's great. Did you create the style yourself?

RE: phpBB
True, it's not that easy at all at first. Every forum engine has its learning curve. Personally, I have some experience skinning MyBB and IPB.

RE: phpBB
Yeah... I am not into websites really...

Plus, I would have to make a bunch of Icons and it would just take 4ever and require a lot of uploading

RE: phpBB
I have put together a couple of PunBB sites, but I mostly just fiddled with the CSS. For uploading those and any site, I really like lftp. The mirror command really rocks. The single command to put all the files and their sub directories is as simple as "mirror -R".
