Not sure what to title this but
I'm in need of guidance how to solve this very infuriating problem I have.

I'm drawing images on GIMP strictly with the pathing tool, this isn't the issue.

Now, if I were to make a circle, then fill it in with a color, I get this.

These ugly white spaces.

Is there a way to avoid this? It's very tedious to fill in those spaces, and even if I do, when I zoom out, it no longer looks like a clean job.

RE: Not sure what to title this but
What if my pathing isn't closed? I'm using a lot of lines (Like, going through a solid color), and need to bucket in a specific area.

I want to fill in that lower place with the color surrounding the white circle
