Need A Main Banner for Website

Hello, I am looking for a gimp freelance artist to design a new header image for our website. Our website is focused around online competitive gaming. The dimensions I am looking for are around 775px × 280px. I would like kind of a darkish theme, but to get an idea of the color scheme, goto www.triple-kill.com. The image I am looking for would be a replacement for the image that says Triple Kill Network.

I am flexible on colors, but a black bg preferably
775px × 280px dimensions
If you use renders, I would prefer they come from Gears of War, Halo, Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, or Starcraft
I need it to say Triple Kill network, online gaming community. Or TKN online gaming community

I can offer you nothing more than a spot in the ad rotation, or you can put your signature in the header. i understand if no one is interested, but I have tried to make something that would make the site pop and I just dont have the creative mind to do it.

Also any other ideas for a face lift for the site would be greatly appreciated.
