Making a smaller image
Hi how do I reduce the size of an image and place it ajacent to another image. Let me explain it a bit better. I live on the Corner of two streets . A lamp post with the name of one of the streets is on the corner. I want to reduce the size of and place the image of the other street on the same lamp post. Can any one show me how to do this?

RE: Making a smaller image
hmm...
If possible Can you post a medium to high blurry (enough to see the shape & angle of lamp post with name of one of the street signs pic) You can smudge/blank out the name. I just want an idea of how to transform the photo.

So do you want to put both street names on the lamp post sign/ picture?

Tools you might need to use:

Scale scale tool
Rotate rotate tool
Shear shear tool (to correct the angles)

1
With the limited info you've given, I would first scale down the sign to match the size of the single sign on the lamp post picture.

2
Then with the rotate tool, rotate it to mirror the angle of the other side of the post.

3
Then if the letters are slanted, use the shear tool to angle it up, or sideways. (you can only do one or the other per shear transform.)

I'll post up example pictures in this post or the next, just want to get this up so maybe you can post one source( see "high blurry" above...) or 2 similar pics you can find online that I can add to my example for you.

Ok, in your case, its only a couple of simple transformations, you can use the perspective tool, but it would be a subtle detail.

First scale Scale down the sign to match the sign in the street photo.

2
Then if you need, angle the sign up or downward with the shear tool Shear if you want/need it to look realistic.

3. Then if you want, erase the bit where the pole is showing and move (Move) the sign in to the middle of the lamp post some.
