Zoom in.
Select by color the droplet highlights in 'Add to Selection' mode. Save the drop highlights to a channel. Create a new transparent layer called Highlights. Selection from your saved channel. Fill the highlights with white and reduce opacity as required. Now create a dropshadow layer based on the Highlight layer. Reduce it's opacity as required. I didn't select every droplet but here is an idea of what the results will look like. |

It's right next to the 'make coffee' 'do shopping' and just between "pick up the kids" buttons
