Logo design needed (will be paid)

I'm looking for someone to make a logo for my company.

Attached are two files that I want incorporated into a logo for my company. I need them cleaned up, black and white and put together with the font I want to use.

It should be fairly straight forward. The t-rex head is biting the cookie and next to it is the name of my company.

If you are interested please private message me. I am offering $80 which I will send to you via paypal upon completion of the project. I will need this in a file that is editable so I can enlarge and shrink it for shirts, cards, packaging, and of course....my website.

I will send you the font when you contact me.

A little more on the logo itself: As you can probably guess, I grabbed those two images off google (so they are most likely copyrighted) here is where you come in. The t-rex head - can you get rid of the red and the "sketch marks"? I want dark lines, and no shading. The cookie - get rid of the "shake" lines around the cookie and whatever else you think you can do to make it for the logo.

Think of the logo like this. Black background, the cookie rotated so the bite mark is towards the t-rex head. The cookie, head, and text all in white. Or flip it so that everything is black but has a white background.

If i get multiple offers I will either take best offer or I can have everyone compete for the project.
