landscap to portrait
Can gimp change the picture from landscape to portrait. Like when u rotate the camera 90 degrees while snapping the picture. Tried all kinds of options/preference in gimp but printer (hpc6280) just will not rotate a 4x6 print. I believe it works with 11.8.5 paper (not sure). Anyone got any ideas? TIA

RE: landscap to portrait
Image/Transform/Rotate 90° clockwise

But normally you don't need to actually rotate the image to print it, this is a separate option in the print dialogs.

RE: landscap to portrait
However the driver for the hp-c6280 will not allow that when printing 4x6 :-). Had to find a print program that would print 4 on a 8x11.5 page in the portrait mode. That left a white band on the top & bottom of the picture which is ok. I believe if i had rotated the camera 90 that image would have printed on 4x6 in portrait mode. Thanks for the come back.
