Is this possible to do?
Hello, I'm new here.

I want to do batch processing of 460 .png files. It includes rescaling their width to 50% without interpolation, changing colour mode to indexed based on a specified palette, changing colour mode to RGB and rescaling their width to 200%.

Is it possible to do? If yes, how can I do it?

RE: Is this possible to do?
Investigate using the ImageMagick toolbox instead. Yes it's a command line tool, yes, the syntax is a bit complex(*), but it won't be any more complicated than doing the same with Gimp, and it will run much faster.

Note that doing a 50% downscale followed by a 200% upscale is the same as keeping the size and doing a 2px blur. Unless you want the upscale to be made without interpolation(**). It is also possible that Imagemagick can reduce the colors while staying in RGB mode.

(*) but they have a help forum...
(**) but the resulting blockiness will appeal only to Minecraft users.
