image to signature line

image to signature line
This may sound dumb, but how do you get an image to the signature line. When I hit insert image it wants a remote url. This old poop doesn't know what the hell they want. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Just remember, i have an agreement with this laptop. I don't do anything too stupid and it won't crash on me.

Give imgur.com a try, it's the place I use for hosting images.

Caution: above some size they convert PNG to JPG.

Well guys, I'm not really into graphics per se. Being a real newbie that likes to learn and see what i can do with this. To put something like that on to use only once isn't logical for me. I mostly work with photos and some cards for family. But I gotta tell ya I do love this gimp. Thanks anyway for the replies and advice.
