how to select a whole album and retouch

how to select a whole album and retouch
all the pictures in once as white balance ?
Could only select and retouch 1 picture in a time.

You can do this with a Gimp plugin - BIMP see http://registry.gimp.org/node/26259
What you need to look for:
In BIMP 'other gimp procedure' select 'gimp-levels-stretch' and apply that to your image list. This is the same as using Colors -> Auto -> White Balance.
or
With this white balance script installed: http://registry.gimp.org/node/72
BIMP picks this script up and you can enter your values and apply the script to the image list.

Rich, I tried to open the exe file of the first link u presented me, but it doesn't work. Is it an old file or what ?

That limits things a bit. You might have to investigate ImageMagick and the use of Fred's ImageMagick Scripts

near the top: autocolor and autowhite.

Also ask on the IM forum where Fred hangs out, I think he also uses a mac.
