How to move layers without going over the background
I need to move layers exactly on the very corners of a background, without going over them. How do I do it?

RE: How to move layers without going over the background
Check "View/Snap to canvas edges" and the moved layer will snap to the canvas edges when they come within 8px (by default, IIRC). Before I found that one, I used 400% zoom. That worked pretty well too.

EDIT: Never mind, found it.
