How to make unsharp mask faster to access
Unsharp mask is one of the most useful tools in Gimp, at least for me. But it is buried fairly deep in the menu system. Any way to change it?

In fact. it would be nice to make a customized toolbar, or maybe add unsharp mask to the toobox. Anything to get it out of the hole.

Just to see if it still worked, a rather cumbersome wrapper using a plugin called gimpscripter.

It makes plugin which calls other plug-ins and being python, you can choose your own menu.

Here you get an UNSHARP added to the menu bar.

Attached on a try and throw away if it does not work basis. Unzip and pop it into your .gimp-2.8\plug-ins folder.

Ofnuts will be along soon to show how it should be done. Smile
