How to improve this gimp job?
OK, so I just gimped this (ridiculous) picture together. Smile

This is pretty much my first-ever attempt to actually doctor/synthesize a photo-like image. This was originally supposed to be a ten-minutes-max job (it's for a friend's wedding...don't ask), but I started having way too much fun. Now, while I'm generally pleased with the outcome, I'm curious how to make it better, because it still looks unrealistic.

Mainly I'm interested in any other quick/easy things I can try that would get the biggest bang. I don't have to make it perfect - just wondering what the lowest-hanging fruits are (and thus hopefully develop a better sense for how to do this type of stuff).

Primarily, something seems off with the coloring, between the skin, the clothing, and the background. But what do you think?

Thanks in advance!
