How to batch compress TGAs with RLE
I have a ton of TGAs that could use RLE. I was looking for a batch conversion option in the GIMP file menu that I could use to convert uncompressed TGA's to compressed TGA's, but I couldn't find one. How would I batch compress TGA's then?

RE: How to batch compress TGAs with RLE
There is a 'batch' mode in Gimp. But this means you can call gimp from a script to have it perform some operation, which usually will be a Gimp script you wrote for this purpose.

Find a conversion utility. I usually recommend ImageMagick (http://www.imagemagick.org) for this but RLE-TGA is one of the few formats it won't write.

a couple of things that will do it.

Davids Batch Processor - a gimp plugin.

or XNviewMP (& probably the older XNview)
