How can I combine many images into one image?
What I intend to do is --- Convert a PDF file with multiple pages into a SINGLE image.

However, I am unable to do it with Adobe reader..

But I found that I could open a PDF file into a separate image for each page with GIMP so I think it's closer to my goal.

Yes I know I can create a new long long blank image and copy and paste all the images into it but there are two problems here I have

1. I want to automate or simplify the process because I have to work with a lot of PDF file.
2.It's very time-consuming to put every image with mouse on the exact coordinates.
