so yeah i have been into art ever since i was little, i have just recently moved on to graphic art, well, more like i just started doing online projects with my friend, he has wanted me to do a bunch of stuff with a program i am not familiar with (gimp) haha I have messed around with it and all, but nothing good has came out of it so i came here in hope that there are some helpful people on this forum

Hey Tigerwolf. When I first started using Gimp I found that following simple photo editing tutorials was a good way to understand the features and how it works. I would say start with selective colorization, then move up to creating your own images by playing around with filters. Hands on stuff will make you a pro in no time. Good luck!
