Help in a graphic
Hi all !

I am new here. I will appreciate your guidance.
Need to do a round upper left corner to join the horizontal flag with the vertical flag. Can you kindly tell me how can I do it?
Thanks for your time.

RE: Help in a graphic
- Using your pattern create a square image (156x156).
- Scale it up 200%
- Filters/Distorts/Polar coordinates, 100% depth, check "To polar".
- Divide in four images for your 4 corners (place two guides and use Image/Transform/Guillotine

Thank you for your help.
I have already done in above URL.
I have noticed I have to work with flat colors and, later on , apply the sand effect.
Again, thanks a lot for your support.

RE: Help in a graphic
Yes, texture is better applied afterwards; but then it won't follow the circles. Note that the polar distorsion would also allow you to have an arc instead of a quarter of a circle (just add some space below your lines), in which case there is less compression/expansion and you can apply the texture first.

Btw, it seems the seam between the corner and the vertical border has a one-pixel offset...

RE: Help in a graphic
Now I have changed the graphic and it looks the way I needed.
To my point of view, Gimp is an excellent tool but not much easy to learn. That's why I have signed up here and fortunately I have got your help.
Well, very late here (Barcelona, Spain) 3 a.m. so I go to bed.
Have a good Sunday !
