Having trouble sizing jpg to required size
I have to get a jpg to this size requirement:

1920 pixels on the largest side
3MB or under

Right now it is at:
w: 1848 pixels
h: 1920 pixels
72 ppi

This makes it 3.5MB. If I lower the h or w the website won't accept. I tried changing ppi to 60 but it barely makes a difference (3.4MB or so).

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Tod
