Gimp seems to NOT like 2880x1920px dimensions
I have FREQUENT crashes when working with 2880x1920px images (scaled up 6inx4in 72dpi)!! for example I CANNOT have more than 2 images with those exact dimensions open at the same time in Gimp or it will crash!! but I can have like 8 3500x3500px images open just fine!! most 2880x1920 images I use are done by scratch using a transparent canvas and using fill patterns, even then it crashes when more that two are open!! and also if I do A LOT of work on just ONE image that is 2880x1920 it crashes!! ONLY seems to be a frequent problem with 2880x1920 images!!! what could be wrong??? and why DOESN'T Gimp like 2880x1920 dimension images???
