Question Gimp problem with GIFs
Hello all, I'm new here Big Grin

When I create a new gif with gimp, layers1 continue existing after the showing of layer2 and layer1 and 2 after showing layer3 and so on. The loop cleans on the 1st layer again.
This has as result something like this:

How can I avoid this?

This is an option in the "save as animated gif" dialog: "frame disposal where unspecified: cumulative/one per layer". Selecting "one per layer" does what you want (the "where unspecified" also hints that the behavior can be controlled frame-by-frame with the appropriate syntax in the layer name, but I don't know how)
