Gamut warning huge compared to Photoshop
Hi guys, I love GIMP but I also have Photoshop.

One thing that I just can't work out is why the gamut warning in GIMP is so much greater than in Photoshop. Has anyone noticed this or am I doing something wrong?

I'm sorry, what do you mean GIMP must use sRGB, there is setting to make it any color working space.
I have mine setup as Adobe RGB and my profiling printer ICC is being simulated just as it is in Photoshop.

Oh, Ok, no problem. The problem is not that then, I have correct color management setup between both programs.
In GIMP, the gamut warning are is large where in Photoshop it is very small or nill on the same image.

I notice a large amount of my out of gamut color warnings tend to be black..or at least very dark colors. I read somewhere else that Gimp may have issues with black in Proofing. I'm curious which colors you seem to see the discrepencies in between photoshop and GIMP?
