Extracting Text as a Whole
Hello, inexperienced Gimp user, know enough to get by. But currently, I have an issue, and was wondering if anyone has an "answer"! I want to "extract" a whole text, font and all, flood the background with color, to remove imperfections in the image, and then "re-install" the whole text as "one"! Can this be done. The text is not in written script, so all the letters are separate from the other. Is there a way to remove the whole text at one time (text without background) and "save" it, then to reintroduce to the final finished project. Thanks!
