Editing Text in Existing psd Logo
I can't seem to change the text layer in this logo I have attached. I thought if I click on the layer I would be able to change spelling. Is this not possible? Do I have to delete the layer and add a new one?

I have attatched the psd and jpeg below. Any advice would be appreciated....

RE: Editing Text in Existing psd Logo
Yes, the company name isn't no longer a "text" layer so you can't edit the text.
