Doing FREE Graphic Design

I'll get all of the information out of the way first:
I will work on any items in a first come first serve order.
I am new to graphic design so my work is not professional. With that said, if you need something professional, I highly suggest you pay another member to create it. If you want me to take a stab at it I'll try my best, just don't get too exited.
I need your guys' feedback in order to get better. If I do something bad/wrong, please, please, please, let me know what I did. And if you let me know I will redo/fix your item upon request.
I will do anything from signatures to website layouts, I just need to know exactly what you want and I need exact sizes.
If you put in a big request (like multiple things for a website) and I have a large number of people requesting work, I will insist upon breaking your work into chunks. If I don't it won't be fair to the users.

(I would like it if you post it; I don't check my email that often -- that is my friends email (I am at his place and have full permission) and he will relay any messages he gets to me.)

Note: If I end up editing a piece of work I did for you for the 3rd time + I may do a couple of other users requests first. I just don't want all the other users to have to wait.

Note: If I end up getting a high number of requests, I may start denying requests.
As I get better, I don't want to focus on areas I can do well. For that reason I may deny individual requests, and I may even close this thread. I will post any changes/updates on this post in this thread.
If I end up denying your request or shutting down this service I will send you a private message. If you leave an email as the preferred method of contact I will send you an email.

If I get good enough in a specific area and deny a request for that reason, I will still do that request for a small payment. (I won't charge a lot, but my puppy needs her shots and she needs to be spayed. I will probably have the requester set a price, but it all is really appreciated and really helps.

My friend recommended adding this (I've never asked for money before and I don't like asking; however, due to the circumstances and his relentless persuasion, I'm going to make an exception.)
If I complete a request for you and you like the result, a donation would be greatly appreciated, though it is definitely not required.
As I stated above my puppy needs to be spayed and she needs her shots; so I definitely won't complain if someone donates

Best of luck with this, im not sure you are aware the crazy work load youre about to take on (theres always free requests on here and a lot of people only trying to do a logo or what not and could spend their time not pulling out their hair trying to learn something new for an immediate need), but hell i wish ya the best! im not sure where you are located but a lot of places will do free shots for puppies even spay sometimes, you should look into it for your area.

As far as website layouts, this would make you a coder - not a designer..
Am I right to assume this isn't what you mean?

they have a lot of programs now that you just input your designs and it writes it to css or html for ya.
