Cutting selection causes antialising on left-over uncut portion
Hey guys!

I'm trying to cut a selection of an image to place it as a top-most layer while the rest of it is on a lower layer. For instance, a person in the foreground while the rest of the image and people are in the background, with text behind her and in front of the others. However, every time I cut the layer, the edges AROUND the cut from the portion NOT being cut get faded around the edges. Because of this, everytime I RE-paste the cut portion back into place there's a white border around the area where I drew the portion to cut. :/

HELP!!!
