'Crop to selection' for a layer crops everything else too
I selected a subset of the pixels contained by the currently-active layer, then selected menu Layer/Crop To Selection. I expected this to only crop the contents fo the current layer to the selection, but instead the contents of other layers are now gone as well.

Thanks for any help!

There is a tick box in the crop-tool options for current layer only

Thanks! I just used the option up in the Layer menu. Does that work with the 'current layer onoly' option disabled?
