can I make more than one selection with the lazo?

can I make more than one selection with the lazo?
Hallo everybody this is my first message Blush. I have got a problem: every time I make the second selction in a picture with the lazo Freeselect the first selection disappear. what can I do to fix it??

Select the lasso tool.
Then look at the Tool Options below the tool box. The options for the lasso tool will be displayed.
There is a Mode with 4 options: Replace, Add, Subtract, Intersect. Select the second one ie Add.

Those are the four options for the select tools.
Standard, Add, Subtract and Intersect.

They also come with shortcuts, so in your case either click on the icon to change mode, or hold the shift key down to add to a selection. You should see a change in the cursor.

It is worth noting that to add and subtract from selections have a look at using 'quick-mask' where you can paint a selection on the canvas.

Thank you very much rich2005 and ofnuts. I found a way to make more selections with Freeselect. After the first selection is done you can add the second selection by pressing Ctrl when you make the first point of the second selection and so on..

at 0:33 he completed the first selection and then starts the second one by pressing the Ctrl buton while he click the first point. I tried it and it works.
