Beginner with Sunglasses Project
Hi all, I'm just getting started out with graphic design, and I was hoping that some of you pro's could give me some guidance Smile

I'm currently working on a project where I'm trying to slice different parts of an image (sunglasses) into pieces to be used on a website. Please see this page for an example: http://www.society43.com/Articles.asp?ID=250

Since the sunglasses will be in different colors, I will need to overlay the colors from all the different models onto one picture of the sunglass model. In other words, I need to have one central sunglass model, but have pieces in all different colors, as seen on the example webpage. Instead of having different pictures of all the models, I'd rather overlay the colors onto one model to avoid any subtle differences between the pictures. Basically, I'm asking for any tips, suggestions, or guides that anyone can provide to a new GIMP user / graphic designer to do this image slicing and image overlay onto one model.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
