Aligning an image in a grid?
I'm creating sprite sheets using existing images and arranging them in a 1800x1200 pixel, 9X6 200 square pixel grid with one sprite per grid space. The program I'm using to animate the sprites requires each image to be centered within the grid space, or else they shift around on screen. Is there any way, using the align tool or some other functionality, for GIMP to find the center of a selected image and to align it with the center of a grid space? Doing so manually is very time consuming and cumbersome.
